Terry Lynn Barnes
Terry Lynn Barnes, age 55 of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. Terry was born on December 26, 1960 in Campbell County, Tennessee to the late Hubert and Omeda Crutchfield Barnes. Terry is preceded in death by her parents and her aunt, Millie Crutchfield.
