James Edward Seeber, Age 60 of Oliver Springs, TN, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, TN. He was born September 9, 1956 in Cuyahoga, Ohio to the late Early and Betty Lou Willoughby Seeber. James enjoyed hunting ginseng. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Carolyn Seeber Cox and nephew, Danial l. Breeden.
