William Franklin  Scarborough Jr.
William Franklin Scarborough Jr., age 57, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 18, 1959 in Knoxville, Tennessee to William Franklin Sr., and Judith Merideth Scarborough. William was a member of Dutch Valley Church of God. He enjoyed reading and writing poems. In addition to his father, William Franklin Scarborough Sr., William is preceded in death by his brother Kevin Scarborough and his son Bryan Scarborough.
